Role Overview

We're looking for a Project Manager to lead web development projects from start to finish. You'll work closely with clients, developers, and designers to ensure timely delivery, scope management, and project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee web development projects from planning to deployment.
• Communicate with clients to gather requirements and set expectations.
• Coordinate with designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure smooth workflows.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and roadblocks.
• Use project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) to track progress.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management within web development or a related field.
• Strong understanding of web development processes, technologies, and best practices.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with PM tools (Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com, etc.).

Nice to Have

• Technical background in web development or UX/UI design.
• Certification in PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2.
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
